For the ninth time in a row, IEEE Alexandria Student Branch organizes its biggest technical event, the annual conference Interact with Today’s World. This year, In World takes place at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina on the 18th, 19th and 20th of September. Interact with Today’s World is an intensive three-day series of sessions, workshops, seminars and competitions introducing the world’s latest technologies in various fields. These technologies are introduced in a very interactive and fun manner that brings together attendees from all over Egypt every year. From year to year, Interact with Today’s World continues to introduce unique content, achieve interaction and deliver a message through serving those who have the will.
This year, we have a comprehensive selection of technology-related topics introduced by experts in various fields, such as: Andreas Forsland, who is the founder of Smartstones, that has made the world’s first wearable communication device for non-verbal communication, in addition to success stories from outstanding people who have made their way into doing what they love most, like Dr Hatim Zaghloul, who worked for Schlumberger Wireline Services and was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary.
Subjects like Nano-photonics and Plasmonics, Lucid Dreaming and Quantum Computing will be unleashed this year. Not only that, ITW is also hosting advanced sessions in fields like 4G Optimization and Internet of Things for those who wish to dive deeper into these technologies. And to double the excitement, Interact with Today’s World is organizing a very special gallery containing some of the most high-tech products of the world for the attendees to try and interact with.
ITW has been known to be a life-changing event ever since 2005. Engineering students and those interested in technology impatiently await ITW every year. The reason is because, besides technical knowledge, it will always add something to you; perhaps a value, a new passion or a friend.
